I recently purchased a versa lite, and I’ve noticed an odd occurrence. When running, I’ll check my distance on the clock face, and it will show a certain mileage covered. If I do a slow down or cool down, the distance drops. I’ll resync on the app and it will sometimes catch up or keep the lower miles. I continue my run and sometimes the distance will kick back up to the accurate distance OR it will show an even lower distance than previously covered. Today’s example would be starting a run with two miles already walked throughout the day, doing a three mile run then having the device sync and show 1.7 miles.
Ive been in contact with support and communication has ceased.
