I just bought a new fitbit Versa Lite yesterday because my Blaze cannot hold a charge any more. Today was my first day using the Versa Lite for my morning walk. It registered my heart rate at 5 min peak and 38 min cardio when it should have registered most of that as fat burn. I run, walk or walk/run every day and when it is a strictly walking day, like today, I typically average about 90 BPM or less. This new fitbit had me at an average of 120 bpm for 49 minutes. I checked my pulse several times during the walk and it was around 90 when the fitbit was reading around 130.

Hi @KathyVersaLite, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the heart rate accuracy issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please get back to them with the reference number in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
I'll also be around if any question arises.
