  • Anyone else having trouble with Versa lite recording heart rate when you are not even wearing it?

Hi @SNAngela, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it tracks heart rate when you are not wearing it.

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate.

 

Finally, monitor the behavior of your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I will certainly watch it. I wore it last night but it did not record my sleep and on more than one occasion it has recorded my heart rate when it has been off my wrist and in a different room!!!
