Recently my fit bit versa light has been vibrating then switching itself off. It then reboots with the Fitbit symbol and seemingly switching back on.

this happens anywhere from 2 to 10 times a day.

i have tried resetting but unfortunately that didn’t help.

@MrsMerrett, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it restarts by itself and it only shows the Fitbit logo. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
