Hello, I got this as a Xmas present less than a month ago and for the first couple of weeks it was fine,
now it just constantly shuts off and the starts, the touch screen doesn’t work at all,
can I return this item without a receipt as it was paid with vouchers from Argos.

@Daryll79, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it turns off all of a sudden and the touch screen doesn't work.
Before checking out the warranty of your Versa, I'd like to provide some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for this type of issues and see if your watch can be fixed.
Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
