I Purchased Versa Lite yesterday and I'm trying to install Spotify, however the "install" button is grey and it says I need to have the latest update. The Fitbit app is updated and my Versa lite is running version 38.33.1.30?

Let me help you with your Versa lite not installing Spotify. As you mentioned you will need the latest firmware version which downloads a small part of it when you sync. I suggest you keep using your Versa lite for the following days, syncing periodically. Eventually you will get a prompt to update your device.
