Versa Lite unpairs during charging

My Versa Lite unpairs from my phone every time I charge the watch.

That is unusual.

 

Make sure that there are no other devices than your phone with Bluetooth enabled.

 

A watch may Wifi home while charging but that shouldn't disconnect Bluetooth.

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Mine also is doing that but what is awful thing about 8s the phone said 64 steps, my watch said 88 and when I re-paired my watch went to the steps on the phone.. so lost some steps.. I always charge in the morning
