Hi I change my old (20days) fitbit versa lite after problem with the new update... (I guess by now everyone knows) I got exchanged for a new one that so far seem to be working except for the sleep records and heart rate...
I've change clock face, I've follow all the advices from the FAQ ... before contacting support or get this one change too ... can anyone suggest me something else that I can try?? TIA x

Have you checked the settings app on the versa lite to see if heart rate is on?

Yes I did it and it's on.. 😞 guessing am just having bad luck with the versa lite, my flex2 didn't gave me all this trouble ..
