Versa Lite watch face won't light up and battery drains quickly

I haven't had my versa lite a year, at least I haven't been using it a year, it was a Christmas gift. I have to charge every other day suddenly and when taking it off the charger today the screen completely shut down and won't turn back on. My app will sync with it, but when I go to my profile amd click on it nothing comes up there.

Hi @Kaety13, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa Lite won't turn on or take a charge, let me know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

It does vibrate when placed on the charger.
