Backstory: I'm a paramedic and have been using the Fitbit developed Chronograph watch face on my Versa Lite since I received it as a gift over 5 months ago. It seems that I accidentally hard reset my unit last night and had to re-install everything this morning. Inexplicably, the watch face that I've become kind of dependent on using for patient breath and pulse rate tracking is no longer accessible.
In fact, according to the gallery on the Fitbit website and the available options on my Fitbit App, there are a total of 18 faces that aren't accessible on the Versa Lite. Does anyone happen to know of a way to restore the access to those (or at least my personal favorite)? As far as I can tell, there's little to no difference between the Versa and the Versa Lite screen shape or performance.
PS: Without getting into undesirable political issues- I'm working hard to help folks who've been affected by Covid-19. If someone could address this sooner than later, I'd really appreciate it!
