Hi all. I have the Fitbit Versa Lite. I had to reset it. I have followed all of the instructions, restarted, reconnected. the app says the update is 100% done.. but the watch is bouncing between the "down load app to get started" screen, and the Fitbit dot logo. any help is appreciated.
to be clear, I have reset, removed, even tried creating a new account.
