Hi thank you for your reply. So the steps/and steps per hour are syncing fine. Its just the exercise and sleep functions that are NOT syncing.

Since your sleep and exercises are not being synced, I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in.
Finally, try setting up your Versa from scratch (make sure to sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current steps, and stats). After this, use your Versa as you regularly do and see if your exercises and sleep sync properly.
