Ever since the update my Versa Lite has a blank screen. Vibrates and lights up, but there's nothing to see!!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:
Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
