For a few months, had been having issues with Versa Lite not syncing properly. Got to the point that I was having to reset every day. Then stopped keeping time properly. When resetting didn't work, tried everything I could think of. Turned bluetooth on my phone on and off. Deleted and reinstalled fitbit app. Unpaired device from my phone. But since that step, now the watch will not pair with any other device at all (phone, tablet, etc.) Did a factory reset and it's now stuck on the opening screen with multiple languages. Not having difficulty with any other bluetooth pairing on my phone, which running Pie. Anybody have any advice? I don't know what else to do.

Did you remove the Versa 2 from your Fitbit account?
You say that it will not pair, what makes you say this? What error message do you get?

I had removed the versa lite from my phone as part of the trouble shooting process. My phone and laptop were neither able to "see" it again after that to pair again. Have been in touch with fitbit support, and after over an hour of trouble shooting with them, they are sending a replacement.

Fitbits can not be paired to the phone through the bluetooth the way a user would pair a speaker.
Fitbit's need to be setup, then the app will prompt the user to pair.
