I bought this Versa Lite back in February, so it is just under 6 months old. Back in April or May I noticed that the battery would die quickly, to where I had to charge it 2 or 3 times per day. About a week and a half ago, it died completely and when I hook it up to the charger, it just shows the battery and says 0% on it. It will not charge. I have tried a friends charger, and nothing happens. I have tried pushing and holding the button on the side of the watch, and still nothing. I even tried plugging it into different outlets, with different plugs, and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

I bought mine in June. It use to hold a charge for 3 days or more. It died suddenly one day- went from 49% charge to dead with a couple of hours... I’m very disappointed. I contacted Fitbit support on twitter but haven’t gotten a really response yet. I have to charge it every night.. it’s dead by 9pm every day... 😞😤
