Please can someone offer advice, my Versa Lite will not pair depsite trying lots if ideas to pair it 😞

Hi @Emzcoops and welcome to the forum. I’m happy to try to help, but first, can you tell me which phone or iPhone you have? And please verify that it is on the list of supported devices and that the OS is up to date.
