Versa Lite will not sync & is losing time

My Versa Lite has stopped syncing to my iPhone 7plus. I’ve tried all the fixes suggested in this forum & now I cannot get my phone to even find my Fitbit. It looks like I’m not the only person having the same problem which is so frustrating. I have only had my Versa a few months after upgrading from an older Fitbit & am very frustrated as I rely on it so much

I’ve been having the same problem since Saturday. If I connect to charger it catches up but as soon as I take it off charger it starts losing time again. My phone says it can’t find my Fitbit. Not impressed...I’ve tried the restart with no success. Think I’ll be making a switch to Apple in the next couple days.
