Versa Lite will not sync or leave the syncing page

My Fitbit will not sync or leave the syncing page. I have done everything the trouble shooting pages said to and the email tech support asked. Its still not working.

I am having the same issues, and have had a ticket working for a week now. The clock loses hours of time per day. I did figure out that I can get it to sync when attached to the charger and the computer. I hope that will at least get your steps to update on your account for now. This is very frustrating, as I am training for a race, and today it didn't even track my running time accurately.

If your having a sync issue, it is helpful to know what type of phone/pc/etc that you sync through.

I have a note 10 +. But I've also tried syncing through the computer windows 10 and my other phone which is a galaxy 9
