Versa Lite purchased 3/3/20. Basically, it is only a year old. I noticed condensation on the sensors. It has NEVER been submerged in water. I'm assuming it came from my sweat or heat from my wrist. It did not charge so I put it in a rice bag for 48 hours. It still will not turn on or charge, and it has been on there for hours. I tried holding the "on" button but nothing. It was working perfectly just a few days ago. Please help. What is the replacement policy?

I'd like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
