Versa Lite won's sync with phone. Time is wrong but all other tracking is correct?

Hi I've never used this forum but am very frustrated.  Fitbit has worked flawlessly since Dec.  Now, the Last time my Versa Lite synced with my phone was yesterday, March 28.  Fitbit is tracking correctly and has correct date but the time is 2 1/2 hours off.  I have logged in & reset my time zone.  I have shut off & turned on bluetooth multiple times.  I have pressed the button on the left of the Fitbit to turn off & restart multiple times.  I have restarted my phone.  I have "force stop" the app.  None of these things work.  My phone app is not registering any info that is on the fitbit.  I have an android.  I have optimized the phone & battery.  Nothing works.  Help!

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and scroll down to Factory Reset.

I did a factory reset on the fitbit.  Uninstalled app, restarted phone, turned bluetooth off then on, reinstalled fitbit app.  Watch still does not sync.  It just shows the intro screen of "install app to get started".  My phones bluetooth is syncing with other devices so I'm pretty sure it's the fitbit that is malfunctioning.  Will live chat with fitbit to return it.

Check to see if you have an available update on your account.  My Versa 2 was doing the same thing and I logged into my fitbit account and it showed an available update.  After the update, it corrected my time issue.

I have been in touch with them on Twitter. They have left me with the impression that that is the best I can expect (a watch that won’t sync and won’t keep time). Did you speak to the, directly?

Same here. Yesterday the time was 12 mins too slow. Was able to finally get it to sync by making sure the automatic time zone was on. I know....weird! This morning my watch was 26 mins slow. Was finally able  to get the time corrected. All other info & data are correct but it will not get back to pairing with my android phone. I've done all I can think of to get it to pair with my bluetooth & nothing. All my other devices will pair up but not my watch. So yes I agree....it has to be the watch!

UPDATE: Ended up having to get a replacement. Go figure.....it was the watch. Then the  replacement gave out. So I was sent a 2nd replacement watch. Crossing my fingers the 2nd replacement will last longer than the 1st replacement!
