14 months after buying a Versa Lite, it stopped charging. Last night I docked the tracker on its cradle to charge it left it there for about 1 hour. When I went back to get it off the charger, I noticed it has overheated and got no charge all all. Did every troubleshooting possiblr, but the watch is dead. I can't even try to reboot it, because it has no charge at all. I believe the battery has gone for good. If it's the case, it's unbelievable. Can someone help me, please?

I am running into the same issue with my Versa Lite. The other day, the charge went to zero which was unexpected, so I connected it to the charger. It was fully charged and I wore it to bed. The next morning, the charge was zero again. I connected it to the charger again and this time it did not charge but the watch was hot. I also have an older Fitbit Charge 2 which still works so I am surprised this newer watch is not working anymore. Anything I can do?
