Versa Lite won't charge and it's stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi

In December, you supplied a replacement Versa Lite as the other stopped working. This replacement now will not boot up. I didn't wear it for a couple of months, then when charging to use it, it started to charge (showing 0% charging on the screen) then I left it for a few hours to charge up. When I came back to it, expecting it to be fully charged, it just displayed the FitBit logo constantly. I held the power button to restart it, but the screen went black and nothing else. Now it occasionally shows the logo screen but is mostly just showing a black screen. How can I get this thing back up and running?
