Red light on back of watch wont go off, face wont move to different screens and power runs down within hours. Can't get to screen to reset on watch and doesn't work on app either. ????.?

Hello @Nina52 , I think you should do a factory reset with your Fitbit Versa Light. Push the button for 10 seconds or more until it turns off.
