I’ve only had my fit bit versa lite for 7 weeks about 5 days ago it started loosing charge real fast (was able to recharge & wear agin) it went dead last night so I put it on charge today before I went out but when I got home it was still 0% battery even though it says it is charging and as soon as I take it off charge it goes dead straight away. There’s no green light on the back either. My Fitbit app says it’s flat aswell. Takes forever to get it charging. Has anyone had the same problem & were you able to fix it ??

@AnneMarie83, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Versa lite not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here and here.
