My Versa Lite is not charging, not counting steps and will not do a reset. I bought this in October 2019. It claims to have synced at this morning at 3:30 am. Software/firmware appears to be up to date: version 3.19.2, updated 4/24/20. I've also cleaned the back with a light bit of rubbing alcohol.
Any help is appreciated.
