Versa Lite won't charge or turn on

I have not had a good experience with my Mulberry colored Versa Lite. The first two (one purchase and one replacement)  were defective and Kohl's reluctantly replaced them ( I waited a few weeks before opening the 1st watch). I thought the 3rd watch was doing well at least for 2 months then I noticed I had to charge it every other day then the battery completely died on me. I cannot get my Versa Lite to charge at all or turn on.

I've also noticed that in the beginning the green and red lights would turn off after a while if I laid the watch face down but during its final week of use both lights stayed on blinking continuously.  Is there a fix for this or do I need to contact Fitbit for a replacement? I'm tired of this whole thing.
