Versa Lite won’t charge or turn on

Hey everyone I seem to be having the same problem 

I got my versa lite in June 2019.

Feb 2020 it won’t hold charge for more than a few hrs, now today 12th Feb won’t even turn on.

crazy.

@Anitz, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it experienced battery draining issues and now it won't even turn on.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

 

Finally, follow the tips that this help page contains in order to improve the battery life of your Versa Lite.

Hey, no it doesn’t vibrate when put onto charger.
