Did you try to restart it? I am having this issue with my Versa Lite right now. It was working this morning and now it is shut off and won't turn back on. I tried restarting it, but that isn't working either. I put it on the charger, it's getting warm to touch, but not turning on. I know the battery wasn't dead though. Just trying to fix it.

I was getting ready to contact them as well. Keep us posted and I will do the same.

I just chatted with support online. She told me I had to send my Fitbit in to the warehouse for them to investigate it and then depending on that, they would send me a replacement within 5 days. My husband thinks it is odd that there are multiple people having this issue right now though. Let me know if you hear anything different.

I put mine in rice over night. I saw some condensation on the heart rate lights. It seems to be working now. Just charging it up.

I have seen a lot of people posting about their Versa/Versa Lite not working all of a sudden. I contacted support, they wanted me to send it in to inspect and figure out next steps. I noticed there was some condensation on the Heart Rate sensor. I put it in rice over night. Took it out and the battery was dead. I am now charging it with no problems.
Thought this might be a helpful hint for anyone else dealing with this.
