Versa Lite won't charge or turn on

My Versa Lite isn't charging. It went completely dead so when I put it on the charger it just read 0%. It would let me look at notifications right after it starting charging, but after the screen went dark, it won't let me do anything. The screen wouldn't turn on after it went dark. After several hours it still reads 0%. After taking it off the screen goes black and I can't even get the logo to come up. I got a new charger and now it will wake the screen up with motion. I have cleaned the charging contacts, changed the wall port, charged on the computer. I have also disconnected from my phone and reconnected through Bluetooth and done factory rest. Is there anything else that can be done? It is less than 5 months old.
