Hi. I have all my connections set up properly, but my Versa Lite won't charge. I purchased 2 new charging docks, thinking that the charging dock that came with it has failed -- purchase made in October -- but that doesn't seem to help. Advice?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
