Hi,

we can’t load the watch Versa Lite any longer. We have brushed and clean the connecting plates. What more can we do? We bought the watch Dec.2019…

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying what you meant by "we can’t load the watch Versa Lite any longer"? Is your Versa Lite not charging? If so, please make sure you've followed all tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
