Versa Lite won't complete the firmware update

I have a Versa lite and it wants me to update but the update will not go thru and it will not record any of my data until I complete the update.

Hi @Nnic, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since the firmware update won't finish.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
