Hi, I've only had my versa lite a couple of days and so far everything has been ok. The watch updated this morning and ever since then I cannot add the Bitmoji clock face. I get to the point where I link it to Snapchat and then it says can't connect and also says to restart the clock face by swiping up then down again but still nothing and Fitbit support cannot offer any insight to it. Anyone else having this issue? My partner is having the same issue
