@Stanto89 Could you please share a bit more info? Which Fitbit mobile app version are you running? Which version of Android do you have? Does the tracker sync at all? Have you been able to sync and receive notifications before? Does it correlate with a recent app update? More details so we can assist you better. Thx

I am having this same issue with my iPhone XR. I am running the latest update for my phone and Fitbit app, and my watch will not connect at all. It is now essentially useless as even the time worn stay accurate.

@RandomHero the firmware update is being rolled out but having said that if you have no BT connectivity, there's no way of downloading it to your Versa Lite. I would recommend pairing and syncing your tracker with other device - android or computer, leaving allday sync on and waiting until the update is ready to install. Hopefully the update addresses the connectivity issues.

Well, ever since that recent firmware and app UX update my Fitbit Versa Lite won't connect at all. I've done a factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing will work. The Versa just cycles through the multi-language notification of "To start, download the Fitbit app." Well, I've done that and it's not working. I've had my device less than a year (maybe 6mos, tops). This is absolutely ridiculous.

I am having the same issue. I tried clearing the Bluetooth and Fitbit caches as I saw in another thread. Mine just stays on the welcome message.
I put my Versa on the charger and plugged that into the computer USB. Once the driver was done installing I went to my phone and this time the update worked. Hope this helps.

My Versa lite worked for three days before it stopped syncing. I tried many things and finally reset it. It was then stuck on the welcome screen and the firmware update kept failing. Ialso had to connect the Versa lite to the computer to get the update to work. Now the tracker is working but it still won't connect by bluetooth to my android phone. I have only had it one week and it only connected by bluetooth for three days. May need to return if this cannot be resolved.

wont pair. No problem until today, after an update which finally allowed me to download the spotify app. On my phone's bluetooth settings, "available devices" Versa Lite is listed. clicking on it just does the above. pairing....then nothing happens.

My Versa lite has a little lag from time to time and refuses to pair with my watch, even though it recognizes it. Usuaully re-starting my phone snaps it into submission.

I’m having the same issue, got my Fitbit for Christmas as an upgrade from the Blaze. Synced fine for the first few days but then the app couldn’t find it. I unpaired and repaired which took forever going through all the settings again. This fixed it for a few days but now the app cant find the device again! I can’t be unpairing and pairing every few days!

My wife got a Fitbit Versa Lite for Christmas. Got the app loaded onto a Bluetooth enabled Laptop, which recognises the Fifbit. However the Fitbit is stuck on the screen which scrolls through "load the App" in many languages. Nothing seems to break this loop. Any ideas?

But the phone is connected. Bluetooth lists versa lite and it says paired. Sometimes it lists versa lite(classic)?
Finally able to add spotify app. But it doesn't open, just says "connecting..."
I think the issue here is you have to have a certain phone or OS. Which you don't know until after you purchase this. I'm not buying a brand new phone for an item which basically counts steps. I have an app on my phone which does that. How do I return this to your company?

I finally got the update to work by connecting to my laptop, but now it won't pair with my phone. It's the same phone I had before the update, so I don't know what to try.

snooze versalite for Christmas I've had the regular Fitbit 2 charge 2. And then for Christmas I received this versalite. It has been trying to update since the end of December. I've not been able to wear it. I'm so unhappy with this thing. Very unhappy. Too much money for something that don't work. I've done everything there said there was to do I have a Samsung 6. It is synced to my phone. But on the Versa. It shows it's not syncing. Thank you very much.
