Same problem as well as others.  I've had mine for 3 months.   No replies to any of my messages to customer support.

The help article did not work, the chat help did not work, changing the device did not work going from IOS to windows , did not work, the only thing I keep getting is they are aware of issue of not syncing and working on it while I have a useless object attached to my arm it will count steps but will not keep the correct time. It will not sync, it shows no Bluetooth connections. It was a gift from my daughter so what do I do with this its not even good jewelry.

It seems Customer support does not care they have your Money! All we have is an item that does not work.

I had the same problem. Try going to your settings on your Fitbit Versa Lite. Once there, go to bluetooth settings. From there, you will have the option to click on a setting. Keep tapping on the setting until you see "pair". Once you see "pair", go to your phone bluetooth settings and connect to your Fitbit Versa Lite. It should work.

Versa Lite does not have a Bluetooth option in "Settings."

I don't understand your reply. The way that the Versa syncs to the mobile device/app is through its Bluetooth connection. Regardless, I ended up needing FitBit to send me a replacement pebble, since their techs were unable to provide a solution.

I too am having issues. My Fitbit versa lite was not keeping time it was behind like 15 min. So I turned it off Nd back on turned my cell off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.after all that did not work I did a factory reset  and now even thought its charged my son says his phone says its battery is dead. It would only link up once in a while  but the clock face does not come on and it will not update.  HELP I think I broke it 😞

@Kdpannell Remove Versa from the paired devices list on your phone (not fitbit app!), uninstall and reinstall fitbit app, reboot the phone and Versa, log in to fitbit app and sync. It should pair automatically.

@justpink65 Are the LED lights on the back of the tracker ON? Wipe the contacts with alcohol, put Versa on the charger for several hours, then try performing a factory reset using button:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

I am having the same trouble with my versa lite connecting to iPhone. Tried everything that was suggested nothing removed it and now phone asking me if it is switched on when I am trying to find it to connect Bluetooth connection not working. Have been able to connect other things with Bluetooth.

@jennifer113 removed from where? Paired devices list on your phone? Fitbit mobile app? Have you tried connecting it to other device (other phone, tablet, computer) to see if it works?

Removed from Fitbit app as wasn’t showing on my devices under Bluetooth in setting on phone. Done a factory reset last night couldn’t get it to connect to phone left it. This morning after a couple tries managed to get it to connect and pair then while updating it must have lost connection and can’t get it to connect again 😞

@jennifer113 Just reboot your phone and Versa, and restart the whole process. You can also try updating it after pairing with other device. Install the fitbit app on your tablet or other phone, log in and wait until firmware update is available there (i.e. downloaded onto tablet). Then update Versa. You can continue using it with your regular phone afterwards.

Reset your Versa Lite to factory settings. Set up a new device and instead of selected Versa Lite, select Versa.  Worked for me after trying everything else!
