Versa Lite won't connect to Bluetooth

Wont connect via bluetooth to phone.

Same.  Not connecting to Bluetooth OR app on Samsung S8+, daughters S10+ or on laptop!  Losing time as won't sync to app/bt.  Have tried every step I've found as solutions for others: uninstalled app/reinstalled, did factory reset and updated, phone and app are latest updates, shut phone/watch down and restarted.  NOTHING works.  Watch is a little over a year old.  Frustrated!

I am having same issue with my Versa Lite and S10.  In May same thing happened and fitbit sent replacement.  I'm now having the same problems again.  Can't sync, bluetooth won't find it and I've tried restarting, uninstalling app and reinstalling, etc...Nothing works.  So disappointed, can't even use 4 time.  I need help from support, looks like I need another replacement!

I’m having the very same problem, but I also cannot find the all day sync selection... I basically have a useless wristband right now

I am having the same exact issue with an iPhone 7plus, went through every troubleshooting step, and no luck. All I got from Fitbit was my phone was the problem, which does not make sense since even if it will not sync or connect to bluetooth, it should at least keep the correct time.

Mine is working fine on the watch itself. But stops syncing about once per day. Then miraculously starts up again.   My watch is being replaced on warrenty. Took 3 calls but they did all they could to help My phone is an android. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I have bern given a 2019 versa lite and there is no blhrtooth connectivity, have reinstalled on both android and apple devices multiple times and nothing is working, tried via USB as per some links and that does not work, tried to use fitbit connect but it is not an option for versa lite ( only mobile ). Is there any actual fixes for this or do i just throw it in the bin?

I could have written this myself.  Same EXACT thing has happened to me. I've tried everything.  I actually sat it on the shelf one day and left it there for several days because I was so angry I thought I'd break it.

Picked it back up today and restarted the entire process again. It still wont connect.

I agree- COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!

Mine finally started working again. I really don't know what I did any
differently. I left it for several days and just gave up. Then I tried it
again, and it worked.

mine stopped working within minutes of samsung doing an update.  I beleive that was the issue. I ended up getting a new phone as mine was old and it seemed to have resolved the issue. Thank you for responding.

The annoying thing is that there isnt anyone you can take it to and they
wont accept responsibility. I'm giving up on fitbit, There was a cheap
Chinese one piloted on Gadget Show last Friday, only £30 but does all I
wanted from my fitbit so I think I'll buy one of those.

I had to factory reset the fitbit. Instead of using Versa Lite to pair, I used Versa and it worked.

Lol it restsrted and died again right away. Fitbit sent me a new device.  Still did not work. It Turns out that versa 2 is not compatible to samsung A5 2015 after an update fitbit performed.  Thanks for that.  We Had to buy 2 new phones too as my hudbands Versa did the same thing.  Samsubg A71.Less than happy. Likely wont purchase fitbit again. At least not at this price point. This ended up costing us 1200 dollars. And we hadn't even had the fitbit a year. Sent from my Galaxy

I noticed after my workout today that my heart rate showed, but 0 steps. I tried everything else so I reset to factory settings and now I can† get my Verså Lite to connect to my phone via bluetooth. Uggh. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Fit Bit app.The screen of the Fit Bit just keeps saying to install the Fit Bit app in various languages.

Was this question ever answered? Mines doing the same thing and I'm not sure if it's fixable.  Tired of buying a new Fitbit every year.
