So I just bought the Fitbit versa lite. It seems to be syncing my messages and notifications but that's about it. Won't let me download Spotify and says there is no connection to my phone. When I go into my phone Bluetooth settings it says paired with versa lite

Hello there @Gmm267, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to download Spotify on your Versa Lite.
Note that in order to install Spotify app, your watch must be updated to the latest Fitbit OS 4.1.2 or 4.1.3 (this one is still rolling out) and the Fitbit app on your phone to 3.21. If your new Versa Lite still has the old Fitbit OS 3.0 (32.33.1.30) version, this is the reason why you cannot download Spotify yet.
That said, I'd recommend to sync your watch regularly with the Fitbit app so you can be invited to the latest firmware update. If this doesn't happen in a couple of days, let me know so we can try other steps together.
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hello @Gmm267, thanks for getting back. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I meant that if your new Versa Lite it's still in one of the old Fitbit OS versions (lower than Fitbit OS 4.1.2 or 4.1.3, i.e OS 3) that would be the reason why you cannot install Spotify.
To see what version you have, go to the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name.
For more information, see: How do I update my Fitbit device?
Hope this clarifies your inquiry. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hello there @Gmm267, thanks for the photo attached.
In regards to your question, yes, 38.33.1.30 is an old version. You can try to see if there's already a pending update for your Versa. As recommended above, please see: How do I update my Fitbit device?
If you're also having connectivity issues, I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher, or Windows 10 v1607 or higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. You can take a look at: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Gmm267, thanks for letting me know the model of your phone.
The Huawei P30 Lite is an official device to operate with the Fitbit app. So, as I've advised you above, you can try to see if there's already a pending update for your Versa. As recommended above, please see: How do I update my Fitbit device?
If you're also having connectivity issues, follow the troubleshooting steps recommended in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Also, I suggest checking: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
Give this a go and let me know if the steps work.

I spent sometime on the phone to Fitbit support. In the end he told me my phone was not fully compatible with the Fitbit and my bestt option was to return it. 🤷 Even tho it states Huawei p30 lite on the list.
