Can anyone help? My versa lie won't let me download a music app. Keeps saying to update my app or my device. I have updated both. Also, the music controls on my watch say I must pair my watch with the app. I have done this and I'm paired. Any suggestions?

To better assist you with this, can you please specify which app are you trying to install on your Versa Lite? I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article.
