I am wondering if my versa lite bluettooth is dead? It has sync with my Samsung A8 for a year and now it cannot locate my versa lite. The time has slow down also and i cannot change the time bec nothing can locate it. I tried PC and iphone 8+, all cannot locate versa lite. possible that bluetooth died on it? is it under warranty?

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here and saw they were trying to help you. However, they haven't heard back from you since May 16th, if you continue having issues with this I'd recommend to reply back to the last email you received from them so they can continue assist you.
