I have done everything. I have reset my phone, bluetooth, the app, the watch. It will not connect to my phone at all. It says “device not found.”

I am having the same problem.  I have a Samsung Galaxy s9+. What phone do you have? I have tried everything too.

I'm having the same issue with my Versa. Running a Google Pixel 3XL with latest firmware. Talked with support and they couldn't fix it and instead offered me a discount for another device. However I don't think it's a Versa problem and more an app/Fitbit account issue

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.  It synced then. But that's it. Now mine isn't keeping the time right either.

I have the same issue. I initially thought it was a Bluetooth issue but it won't connect on my computer either. It was working fine then the time went crazy and so did the heart rate so I tried synching it with my phone but it wouldn't. I deleted the app, reinstalled the app, turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on and when that didn't work I reset the versa lite. I finally got it to start synching only for the Fitbit device to reset on its own. I have tried everything I've read everywhere and nothing. It's beyond frustrating and I don't want to buy a new device because I've only had this one a year.

Hi, I was running into this issue exactly. My husband stepped in and figured out what to do (he’s a programmer so good insight).

He said the problem is in the profile for the watch that’s embedded in your account at FitBit. In the FitBit app on your phone, delete the Versa watch from your profile. Then add it back in, then do the update. That’s what he did and it works perfectly now. He mentioned too that FitBit is doing a terrible job on their user experience testing. He’s a UI/UX guy.

Good luck!

Yes, but it didn't work. My Fitbit isn't in my account anywhere.

I actually removed the versa from my account but that didn't make a difference. Was there a different place to remove it other than the obvious?
