Until 2 weeks ago was no problem. I tried everything. I restarted the Fitbit. I installed the fabric system again. I deleted the app from my phone . I restarted my phone. Install the evening again but it doesn’t work. Can somebody please help me to solve this issue? Tks

I didn’t fix it. I call the client support and apparently it is caused by the last update from the software. This problem is known by them and it is worldwide. We have to wait for the next update. They are busy trying to repair it
