Versa Lite won't connect to my Android phone

My versa lite is not being reflected when trying to connect with my android phone. Unable to set up device and it is not syncing.

Hi there, @Gauravmantri7. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

My Mobile is Oppo Reno 6. It is having OS 11.3 which is supported but Bluetooth doesn't reflect my Versa lite.

Yes I have tried all the steps mentioned in that link. Not working. What is mobiletrack?
