My Versa Lite Fitbit stopped syncing to my iphone all of a sudden. I tried everything suggested by others. I actually removed the Fitbit then added it back. It took forever to connect back to my Bluetooth. It worked for about an hour. I went through the process several more times. When I add a device, it says my phone found it, gives me the code to enter & just spins. Keeps saying to retry or abort. I give up!! My Fitbit is only 17 months old!

I’ve been having this problem, too. I just went to settings on my Fitbit and reset it to factory settings.then I was able to sync it.

Same exact thing is happening to me !! I love Fitbit and the way they have their app set up but I have gone through about four or five Fitbits in the last few years it just sucks it’s always something. I have read every forum and done absolutely everything you could do to try to get my watch to sync and it will not on any Apple device in my home it is something wrong with the actual watch when this is happening and it’s just pretty much time to get a new watch mine didn’t last even a year. I have spent over $1000 in their products such as sucks they don’t last even a year and their customer support can’t even help you to fix them
