Versa Lite won't connect to my iPhone anymore

Struggle to add my Versa to my iPhone, it started couple of days back when it stopped syncing, now I’m getting the error, please help

Hi there, @Naveensingh. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

I recommend performing the steps below:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart the router and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try to add the tracker to your Fitbit account. For complete troubleshooting tips, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
