Versa Lite won't connect to my phone

I just found my old Versa Lite, and I recently have had a really high heart rate all the time, so I wanted a watch to keep track of it. Anyway, I haven't used this watch since 2020, and I've charged it, but it won't connect to my phone, and I'm pretty sure it needs to be updated. Does anyone know if I should just get a new watch? Or is there a way to restore this one?

Hi there, @Madelyn_R. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not connecting to your phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since you haven't used your Versa Lite for a long time, now that you made sure that it's fully charged I'd recommend performing a restart. To do so, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
