Versa Lite won't connect.to my phone

I can not get my versa lite to connect with my phone. It will find the device on my phone but will not connect it.

Regarding the connection issues that your Versa Lite experienced with your phone, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
