Versa Lite won't connect to my phone

I have had issues the past 2 weeks. Versa lite wiould not sync at first,  then I and removed tracker and Uninstalled app and now it can't  find tracker at all

Galaxy s10. I have had it synced with the tracker for over a year.  All of a sudden it wouldn't sync

I had been in contact with support before having more issues. I can not connect at all at this time.

My issue has not been resolved.  I have done a factory reset and still can not find tracker in Bluetooth scanning.  Do you think it just died?

I have even tried the installing the app on my  son's iPhone, it will still not find my versa. I have done a factory reset, so now it does even less than before.  Maybe it is time for a new tracker
