My fitbit will not connect to my phones Bluetooth---I had no trouble before the update. I have done everything that is recommended under the troubleshooting for the Bluetooth on the website. I have also tried to connect through my computers Bluetooth with no success. I even tried to do a factory reset, but that did not help.

Hi there @TeriMinnick, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
In addition to the steps you've tried, please do the following:
1. Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and phone/computer's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

Hi @TeriMinnick you, or any user will not be able to connect through the phones Bluetooth.
Are you trying to setup the Versa Lite? Or does it have a sync issue?
Normally if the tracker is not connected to Bluetooth, the user opens the Fitbit app, and in a minute or two the Fitbit app requests permission to pair the tracker.

I am now able to sync to my computer. This does not help with syncing to my phone. My husband and I have the same phone (LG Stylo) and the same fitbit (Versa 2 Lite). We have both upated the phone app. The only difference--he has NOT updated the firmware on his fitbit and I did. His fitbit still will sync via bluetooth to his phone and mine will not. Since everything is the same--it's my assumption that it is the firmware update that is causing the problem. Is there anyway to rollback my fitbit to the older firmware so that I am able to use my phone with my fitbit?

@TeriMinnick I'm glad to hear that your Versa Lite is now syncing to your computer!
Please note that your LG Stylo is not yet officially compatible with the Fitbit app which would explain the syncing and connectivity issues you're running into. As mentioned above, when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update.
Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid there's no way to roll back the firmware update on your watch.

So when will it be compatible?
I relied on my fitbit notifications from my phone. This whole experience has soured my view on Fitbit products. I was going to purchase 2 more for my kids as a late christmas present, but that will not be happening. I also will not be recommending Fitbit products to any one else. It's a shame because I did love my fitbit and was very happy with the product

Well now I have another issue---since I cant sync with my phone, I was trying to change the clock face via the windows app. However, after I choose a new face, all it does it spin around and around and nothing ever loads. Is there another way to change my clock face since?
