Hi there,
I have a versa lite and just cannot get it working with my phone, I have upgraded the software on my phone many times tried to update the versa, many times it just won't work. I have also tried a different phone to diagnose the problem further and again it still doesn't work. I work in IT, it literate but just still can't get it going must be a fundamental issue with the watch. I want to exchange it any idea if fitbit will do that via this site, I don't see why I should purchase a new one, its only 8 months old!

Hi @Paulsh, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped syncing with your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Since the issue persists, please contact them with reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
