Versa Lite won't connect with phone's Bluetooth

Versa lite says its paired up on bluetooth. But fitbit app cant find it. Time was off on it so I reset it. Just keeps saying download fitbit app. So I reinstalled. App cant connect but blue tooth says its paired.
